Then you need to multiply the power by the number of hours your system will be exposed to sunlight in an average day, which is about 6-8 hours in most areas of the country.

This is because the power of the system is 200 watts x 6-8 hours = 2400 watts or 2.4 MWh of power or about 8.

To figure out that number take all the electricity that you have used from last year and add up all the numbers from every month from last year. Then add it together and divide by 12 months to get your average monthly usage in kWh(kilowatt-hours).
